For orders within the United States: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after we receive your order confirmation email. You will be notified again when your order has been shipped.
The shipping times shown at checkout are estimates provided by the carrier for how long it will take for your order to arrive once it has been processed and shipped. These estimates do not include actual processing time. Due to the current delays common with all carriers, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of these estimates. Therefore, we cannot provide shipping refunds or re-shipping services in the event of carrier delays or delays.
If you select the "2-Day Express Option" and place your order before 12:00 PM EST on a business day, you will receive your order 2 business days later.

For International Orders: Any import duties or fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not calculated into the order amount. We are not involved in any customs-related payments and cannot refund any duties or taxes paid. Other additional charges may also apply depending on regional carriers.
