Returns and Refunds

For US Customers: We offer a 30-day return and exchange window for all US orders. For returns or exchanges, please contact our Customer Service team at Support@accesoriosdeescape.com within 30 days of receiving your package. Use the subject line "Return Request". For return or exchange requests, please include the specific item you wish to return, its current condition (opened, unopened, used, damaged, etc.), and the reason for the return.
For returns, we can provide a printable prepaid shipping label. Once you receive the return label, you have 30 days to drop off your package with the designated carrier. If you do not drop off your package with the carrier within 30 days of the label being issued, your order will no longer be eligible for a refund.
For International Customers: We do not currently offer returns, exchanges, or refunds. All orders are final. For any questions regarding customer satisfaction or international orders, please contact our Customer Support team at Support@accesoriosdeescape.com Accesorios De Escape does not offer refunds for any orders shipped to an incorrect delivery address. It is the customer's responsibility to confirm that the delivery address is correct before submitting the order.
While it is possible to request a cancellation after an order has been placed, please note that we may not be able to cancel an order once a shipping confirmation email has been sent and a tracking number has been assigned.
Products must be returned in order to receive a refund.
Once we receive and process your return, a full refund will be issued.
